Avoid high-fat foods to increase concentration
It's a house arrest, a festival on it. As a result, eating and drinking can be a little easy. Again, since there is no need to rush, there is no sense in burning the extra calories that enter the body. Meanwhile, scientists say new risks have been added to the risk list for high-fat foods. And that is - eating too much-saturated fat at once, reduces the attention of the person concerned.
A team of researchers recently conducted a study on 51 women, according to a report in the science and research journal ScienceDaily. Participants were allowed to eat foods made from saturated and unsaturated fatty oils separately. They were later asked to take part in an experiment.
It shows that women who eat unsaturated fats are doing better than others. That is, the brain has a direct link to the type of fat.
The researchers also examined whether concentration was affected when intestinal bacteria mixed with blood. It found that participants who had a physical condition that had bacteria in their gut mixed with blood had less attention than others. In this case, they lose their attention after taking any food.
Researchers are describing the results of this study as great progress. A related research article was recently published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition. Analysis
Madison, a graduate of the Department of Clinical Psychology at Ohio State University in the United States and leader of the research team, said: Foods taken once or twice are not given much importance in this case with exceptions. But the results of this study are based on a single meal. This is a big deal. Sunflower oil, which is used as an unsaturated oil, also has a good amount of fat. So a low amount of unsaturated fatty foods can give better results in this case.
